Together with other logistics managers and customer service representatives of manufacturers, distributors and logistics operators from the refrigerated products sector, Sonsoles Gómez Novo, Director of Customer Service at Salvesen, shared her experience and knowledge to contribute to a specialized analysis in a day full of interest.
Sonsoles's participation, with her presentation on "customer management innovation in times of crisis" was of great value to the attendees and was manifested at the subsequent discussion table.
